i was thinking more along the lines of days of the week, but since we got conflict (being tues and wed)i'll take my b-day and this wed. after that i'll shoot for mon 30th, and thurs feb 2nd, leaving u this thurs the 26th, fri 27th, and your picks of next week. let me know if this works out
if congress don't meet on weekends like i think, we should have fri (with the exception of the first) be neutral that way it's even. if we need beyond next week, we'll figure it out.

Works for me!
They won't meet on the weekend unless there is an emergency. They usually start sneaking away early on Friday and its seldom anything gets done on Friday afternoon.
All and all, they are a lazy bunch of bums with few exceptions.

you need to do some serious ass kissing and have a beneficiary to provide the campaign money. then you gotta have sources to spread the word to vote for you. also, a PR staff who will guide you to look good in public with speeches and stuff like that.

the old layout was crapping out on me. the sidebar links were pushed to the bottom, so i figured i'd change templates. i like the new look, except my Phish quote is a little light and i can't figure out how to change the color.

Alito's vote goes to the Senate tomorrow. Baring the unforseen, he will be confirmed.
The Democrats can only slow down the process and its up to the Republicans to put up with as much of it as they can stand.
