Ding- We Have A Nominee!

Today, when the Supreme Court began its next session, John Roberts was officially sworn into office as the next Chief Justice.

But that don't matter right now. On this very morning, President Bush gave us our next nominee. The person------- Harriet Miers.

Here's how the pool's working:

1.) We will pick 3 numbers between 1-20

From there we will proceed.

scratch the rules. we need to divy up the month. there are 31 days, we need to get 15 each and a tiebreak will determine who gets the lucky 16th.

DM, I don't think that will work. The confermation hearings might nor even start this month, (don't know, haven't heard).

If its just you and me, lets start two weeks from yesterday and go odds and evens.

We can use numerology to determine who has the pick of odds or evens. I don't know your last name but you know my first so we can use last names. (you don't have to tell me your last name, I'll take your word on the outcome). In case of a tie, we will go to our first names adding them in the same manner to our last names.

That would work:
A=1
B=2... Warren would be 23+1+18+18+5+14 = 79... 7+9 = 16... 1+6 = 7 Warren = 7

Winner picks odds or evens.
Beging date yesterday = day 1

Watcha think? leve me a comment on my blog anywhere, I'll leave mine here, that way we can have the fastest communication via email notification.

Linear, open ended until senate vote, (up or down).

They pick a day (different days?) we take a calendar and number the days while they pick individual days.

Example:

Monday Oct the 3rd was day 1. Tue Nov 1st will be day 30.

Will that work?

Example:

Monday Oct the 17th will be day 1. Monday Nov 7th will be day 22. Thurs Dec 1st would be day 46.

Pick a date, translate to day number, number is odd or even.

Will that work?
